Health Check is a concept designed to provide MobileCheck consultation expertise to its business partners and customers. The key objective of Health Check is in jointly improving the operator customer perceived service quality, competitive edge and value of the operator. This is done trough enhancing the customer’s network performance, core competences and business processes. Unlike consultants MobileCheck aims of being part of the operator team shifting the experience of the MobileCheck team members to operator employees.
